Still he felt alone. Even with this boy standing across from him, talking with him, smiling. Jesse-Mai could feel it crawling through his consciousness. There was something different about this boy, though, because even with the loneliness he felt, he knew that he could be happy just talking here, with this boy. He knew that this boy was meant to find him today, to talk to him. And this thought made him happy. Happy because he wasn't going to be alone forever. Happy because his own bright blue eyes could stare into the light of the other's and know that this could last. Happy that they could smile together, and not care about those around them. Even if that wasn't the case.
"My name? Conrad, Conrad Varin, trying to be a great friend, but no awlasy able." Said the boy, with a playful fist to his arm. Jesse-Mai almost flinched, but he saw older boy's doing it all the time, so instead he just smiled. "I'm sure your a great friend." He commented, not thinking about his words very much. He wasn't known for keeping things in. "And who knows, maybe we could be friends?" Continued the boy. "Sounds like a plan, Conrad." Jesse agreed, glad to have remembered the boy's name.
