One more class to attend to and less to go. Britnay was enjoying the fact that even more time was passing, meaning soon the Holidays will arrive. She was pleased in fact, knowing it would mean much more time with those she loved and cared about. Yet, for the other, they did not see it as this, they knew the Holidays meant more time to put plans into working order. First place they would go, the Ministry. It was time that they made it clear, through Britnay as nobody knew yet that she was their host, that the past was not over yet, that what was done then, is back for the running. The smiled as the moved down the hall, students avoiding Britnay, not knowing it was not she in control. It was odd for one thing having her as their host, wearing skirts while in classes, very very odd, but they had to play the part and so they went by as they could. One thing they knew though, when they were forward in the mind, they needed to stay away from Lacertus, knowing that man would sense quite clearly that Britnay was not in the forwards mind when they were.
Today however was Britnay's Charms class, and that meant no Lacertus. It meant free will to take control for the lesson and get to knowing more of what they want. Snickering a little, they reached the class door, pushed it open and walked inside. There was nobody else there, nobody aside from the Professor. A woman. They shook their head. They had had many things in the past, loved many things, and did miss them, but now was now and so they wondered once all things were set in place, what they would do, when Britnay was not their host any more. That was, if it worked. Not that they doubted it either. Shrugging, the gave Professor Beckett a nod and then moved to a seat, right in the middle of the room, leaning back in the seat, letting the hair of Britnay's fall down behind the chair, the waves swishing slightly as they rocked a little on the two back legs of the chair, just waiting, wanting to see who would come to class, and who would not know it was somebody else in control and not the girl some were starting to worry about again since the last Muggle Studies class.

Lysander walked into the room, expecting there to be a lot more people. Charms was a popular enough subject, and most people didn't bother skipping the class. However, what he discovered when he entered was Britnay, and he wasn't so sure what to say to her. She hadn't necessarily greeted him with vigor the last time that they had been together, and he supposed that she just didn't like him very much. Since that night with her in the forest, he had gained a bit more respect for her, but she seemed to not have returned the favor. He was sure that she had been out to prove that it had indeed been him who had accompanied her on that evening, but since the beginning of this school year Britnay had been...ah...very strange, for lack of a better word, and when Lysander couldn't pinpoint her mood--even with his canine senses--he figured that it would be better not to mess with her at all.
Instead of greeting her with words this time, Lysander simply nodded her in her general direction, and found a seat, looking at the Professor as she lounged in the chair at the front of the class. Cheering Charms. He hoped that Naomi would show up to class, as he would love to partner up with her on this. He loved making her happy, and now he had an excuse to do it as an actual school assignment.

Running out of the common room entrance Roscoe jumped onto the stair railings when he reached the downwards staircase that touched every level. Again he had fallen asleep by the common room fire with a book in hand, he silently laughed at himself as sped down the railing with the small slipstream about him ruffled his hair. His grey eyes caught site of the some pictures waking, while others were quietly talking in between themselves. He gave a quick wave to Sir Cadogan, who had been telling him about the small bits he knew about Harry Potter and the time of the Dark Lord, as he slid by. Soon he was launching himself off the railing to the third flower entrance. Walking casually down the hall, as he knew he wasn't running late at all, he took the muesli bar he had grabbed in his mad rush and unwrapped it and chomped down on it. Finishing his breakfast by the time he reached class, he took a quick glance round the room. 'Stars...', He thought, the Grindelwald girl was there and the feeling he got from her he shuddered as he walked through. That girl had always given him the creeps, and from the brief time they had been in close vicinity the other day in the entrance hall he thought she had been trouble and had to have an eye kept out for her. Today, though as his grey eyes analyzed the room then her, she seemed to radiate trouble twice ( ) over. Taking a seat to the front row and in on the far side near the windows, he pulled his wand from his pocket and gave a small flick of his wand whispering "A-see-oh Charms textbook R.R". He smiled as his text floated from his bag, he had seen his mother use it hundreds of times at home and had insisted on her teaching him it. To his wonder she had even taught him the banishing charm, she thought it would make it easier cleaning up the house if her son knew a spell or two when she had taught him. Smiling he opened his text up to the page which had cheering charms and reread it preparing himself for class.

It was just one of those days. Maybe Jesse had woken up on the wrong side of bed or eaten the wrong thing for breakfast that morning, but he was not feeling happy. He puzzled over it as he walked through the corridor towards his first class, Charms. Why should he be unhappy? It was a beautiful day, and he was headed to one of the more enjoyable classes. It didn't make sense for him to be feeling unhappy. Jesse sighed. He ran his fingers along the wall, feeling the edges of the stones ripple against his fingers. Why couldn't life be easier? When he was younger, Jesse remember feeling like he was the only person in the world and he didn't have to worry about anyone else. Everyone was like that when they were young. Now there were other people in his life. People that asked questions and demanded answers, people who went missing without warning. Sighing again, the Gryffindor dropped his shoulders and headed into the assigned classrooms. He could certainly use some cheering up right now.
Jesse's first look was around the room, looking for friends that he could sit with. That would be the easiest way to make him feel better. But of course, considering his luck, no one was there. He considered sitting with a Ravenclaw that had a book open, but decided against it. Jesse didn't feel like making new friends today. As he made his way to a seat near the front of the room, the Gryffindor's eyes fell on the board's heading. Cheering Charms. At this a smile leaked onto his face. Finally, some real magic. Not how to change the colors of the walls or change people into cupcakes, but real, genuine magic. The kind that students came here to learn. Jesse sat and pulled out his heavily annotated Charms textbook. Even though he'd only been here for a year, the Gryffindor actually had a surprising amount of magical experience. His dog-eared textbook opened to the Cheering Charms page, Jesse began to read. His mood was improved somewhat, and his face bore a slight smile as he looked at this page, which as of now bore no notes. Now all he needed was a good partner to help cheer him up.

The weather outside was gorgeous, a fact which Brianna took advantage of by waking up early to go for a run across the grounds. Probably she didn't have time for it with finals coming up, and her time could have been better spent studying, or even sleeping in. Andrew would certainly have voted for her sleeping in, even though the spell on the alarm clock meant that he no longer had to get up just because she did. But she'd been feeling a bit cooped up, a feeling probably encouraged by the turn the weather had taken as summer nosed its way into the world. So she'd gone for a nice, long run. A hot shower meant that she didn't feel like she was starting her day already tired; actually, it was rather energizing.
So she couldn't help but think that she didn't really need a cheering charm today, though she wouldn't say no to one. Would have been a good class for Andrew to come to so that he could be cheered up after grumbling about how early he had to wake up for class. But she knew better than to go wake him up. Instead, she simply greeted Professor Beckett with "Good morning, Professor," and took a seat, front and center. Hopefully one of her friends would show up for her to share her good mood with, although she wouldn't really mind any conversation today. But she did take out study notes to look over in the meantime; she'd already lost study time this morning and a little exercise didn't make her a whole different person.

A lot of things were bouncing around Benji's head as he made his way down the third floor. Things like, his internship at Mungo's, and his Grandfather Archimedes's party were in the forefront of his mind. Then there were the things in the back of his mind. Things he didn't want to dwell on. Things he wanted to forget. But just like all the times when his klutziness led him to embarrassing situations, he couldn't quiet forget the things in the back of his head. Still he did his best. He didn't want to enter Charms with another 'trophy' for his klutziness.
And speaking of things in the back of his mind. Benji immediately spotted two people who reminded him of things he'd rather not be reminded of. He quickly cast his eyes about the room, looking for someone who would take his mind off those encounters. What he was hoping to find, was someone to get his mind out of the back of his head, not retreat further into it. But when he saw a certain Slytherin-ette, he couldn't help but remember things he didn't want to. That class. Eliza's reaction to it. Eliza's words started bouncing around in his head I don’t understand it…why would anyone want to do that? Benji hadn't been able to explain it. But he wanted... no he needed an explanation. So he could go back to Eliza with an answer. So he could understand it himself. Before he realized what he was doing, he was sitting in the seat next to her, turning to her and speaking. "I don't know you. I don't care to. I just want to know why? Why what happened during Muggle Studies happened?"
