Possible downtime

When we moved servers a few months ago, the first new location didn't have the resources we needed, so we moved to our new home.  I had already signed up for a 3 month contract with them and it expires this week.  The domain harrypotterhaven.net is registered with them, but I have been told this won't be a problem when the hosting account is cancelled.

If the site is offline at all this week, that is probably the cause.  I will be on to it ASAP and will have things online again as quickly as possible.

Nothing will probably happen, but I wanted to warn everyone just in case.

Hogwarts returns

oday, the first of September, the new year at Hogwarts has begun. Young witches and wizards from all over London flocked to Kings Cross station today to catch the Hogwarts Express to London's renouned school of witchcraft and wizardry.

"hile one or two Muggles noticed the students slipping through the barrier, overall it was a smooth morning for the Ministry," a Ministry spokesperson told Prophet reporters.

here are high hopes for the school this year, with a number of experienced new staff members joining the team.

"ll staff positions are filled, and we're ready to go!" declared Professor Spriggletuft, in an interview conducted this morning.

t would seem all is set for a fine year at Hogwarts!

any young witches and wizards all over Britain are busy preparing themselves for their return to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, while others have received their first owl from Hogwarts inviting them to attend the renound magical institution.

yan McDougal, a first year student, said to reporters, "I can't wait to get there! My older sister Susie is in her fifth year this year, and she's told me so many exciting stories!"

t would seem Ryan isn't the only excited First Year Hogwarts student. Flourish and Blotts have sold out of the first year Potions text book, and the shopkeeper is frantically trying to source another suplier. "This year, the intake of First Year students at Hogwarts is significantly greater than previous years. We've never run out of stock before!" he told Prophet reporters.

ven though classes are just weeks away from commencing, Hogwarts is yet to release a final staff record. "Details will be confirmed before the school year begins," Headmaster Professor Spriggletuft informed us.
